While there is still
discriminatory behaviour in Canada, particularly in politics
and some religious circles, the fight for equality in Canada
is pretty much won compared to the struggles of our fellow
gays and lesbians in other countries.
The links below are to
websites describing some of the struggle and discriminatory
practices that occur. It is humbling to read when you see how
much freedom we actually have.
